After starting her first business in her early 20s, she sold it in 2022 without losing a single staff member or customer in the transition. Her passion is helping other business owners get their time and energy back without getting up at 5am or constantly multitasking. She is the creator of the popular Anchored Leadership Academy a training and group coaching program designed for small business owners.
She also hosts the podcast Be the Anchor, where she dishes out real-world strategies for small business owners. The show just celebrated its 1st birthday!
When she’s not busy coaching or podcasting, Kari enjoys hiking, camping and being in nature. She is learning the art of being an empty-nester while celebrating 25 years of marriage to her high school sweetheart, Boyd.
