Ove the past 10 years the focus of her practice has been in community economic development.
Over this time, she had the opportunity to provide coaching and training to numerous small business owners. She led a project that introduced entrepreneurship to over 3700 woman and provided coaching and training to over 1800 female entrepreneurs.
Glenys is a Certified Executive Coach, has a certificate in advanced coaching practices, and holds her Professional Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation. In addition to her coaching qualifications she has a Master of Arts with a specialization in leadership. Glenys has witnessed the power of coaching as a process for small business owners to reflect on their successes and integrate new business processes. She believes in the ability of every small business owner to develop innovative systems to create the business and life they desire.
