Born in France to entrepreneurial parents, Frederique has been a resident of Vancouver, Canada since 1993. A certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, she is also a bilingual professional, fluent in both French and English. Her academic background is rooted in hotel management, but her professional journey led her to own a web design company for 17 years. In 2016, she transitioned into business coaching, leveraging her extensive experience to guide others. To date, she has successfully coached over 650 individuals through personalized one-on-one sessions and group workshops.
