I am Diana Ajzen, executive and organizational Master Coach, supervisor, mentor, entrepreneur, and eternal learner.

With almost 20 years of work as a coach, I have had experience with executives, companies, and teams of all levels and branches. I have also worked in face-to-face and distance training, held management positions in global companies developing educational projects, trained coaches and teachers, and worked with adults and children in many spaces. I have extensive experience working with national and multinational companies. I am the founder and director of “Coaching with Vision” a company specializing in leadership development for middle managers by training coaches with different abilities who work remotely with their clients.

I stand out for having a great capacity for analysis in human systems and identifying the specific needs of people and organizations, with great intuition to understand the background of a problem and the ability to make clients identify it and find creative ways to solve it, look at the trade-off and make responsible and powerful decisions in their life. Not shy about making my clients feel uncomfortable by challenging their beliefs, paradigms and patterns.
