Yvonne feels that having a shared vision is the most important component for success. “We are strongly led by our love of sharing our traditional dishes of Hakka and Wok Hay style cooking with our guests. Through service and food, we create an atmosphere that we ourselves enjoy in a dining experience.”
Located in Richmond since 2007, Yvonne shares her methods of success.

What’s next in 2017? “We like to stay fresh! We are planning a mini makeover for Hakkasan, on and off the plate, and looking forward to sharing more delicious new dishes with our customers.”
